• Tallow: 100% grass-fed beef tallow has many benefits for hair and skin including moisturizing and strengthening. Tallow is fat rendered from beef. And yes, my friend, you can wash your hair with beef fat! But don’t worry, it won’t make you smell like beef. Hair conditioner might not be necessary but an apple cider vinegar rinse could be a good alternative.
